If an item is marked 'final sale' or in our Final Sale Items category, this means it cannot be returned or exchanged.
What are 'Extra Lovely Sizes'?
Sizes XLovely-4XLovely. We prefer the word "Lovely" instead of "Large" when speaking of curvy dolls!
Where is my return?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving them back at our headquarters. Refunds through Paypal take 3-5 business days to complete. Refunds through a credit card take up to 5-10 business days to complete.
What sizes do you carry?
We try to accommodate every doll here at Doll Me Up. We currently carry sizes XSmall-4XLovely. We are working hard on expanding our 'Extra Lovely Sizes' section.
