How to Submit a Return Request
Hello Dolls! Was an item not quite what you expected or maybe you picked out the wrong size? Well then, it's time to request a return! Please follow the guide below to get your return process started.
Step 1: Sign into your Doll Me Up account and click "My Account" at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click "Completed Orders"
Step 3: Find the order you wish to make a return from and click "Return Item(s)"
Final Step: Let us know the reason for your return or exchange and whether you would like to receive store credit, refund or a new size/color/pattern in exchange for an item you purchased. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy. Once your return request has been marked "Return Authorized" you may return the item(s) back to us at the following address: Doll Me Up Returns, 306 Thunderbird Drive, El Paso, Texas, 79912, United States. Please pack up your return and include a copy of your invoice with your return. Find your invoice here. Once your return is packaged up, send it off via your preferred shipping carrier. We highly suggest choosing a shipping method that includes a tracking number so you are able to track the whereabouts of your package.
