When will my order ship?
We usually ship out all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays and peak shopping days. Please be aware during sale events and peak shopping days, order may experience a slight processing time delay. If you need your package delivered by a specific date, please contact Customer Service for help in selecting the right shipping method to receive it on time.

Duties, Customs and Additional Fees
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Oh no! I didn't collect my package and it is being returned to you all. Help!?
No worries, we understand time can get away from you all or you may have forgotten to pick up your parcel. Please contact Customer Service to arrange a re-delivery including a re-delivery charge. If a customer decides they'd rather receive a refund instead of a re-delivery, the customer will receive store credit only. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product is received damaged or wrong item is sent.
I refused the delivery of my package. What happens now?
If the package has been refused by the recipient and returned to us, you will receive your refund in store credit only. Any customs tax/duty fees that we incur to accept the package back in our hands, will be subtracted from your store credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product is received damaged or wrong item is sent.
My tracking info says my package was Undeliverable and is being sent back to the seller. Help?
If your package is marked Undeliverable and the address you gave us is correct we will resend it. If you provided the wrong address (wrong zip code, forgot apartment number) we will accept the returned package and contact you with two options:
1) We can invoice you for the reshipment cost.
2) If you'd like to cancel your order, you will be refunded in store credit only.
