When will my order ship?

We usually ship out all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays and peak shopping days. Please be aware during sale events and peak shopping days, order may experience a slight processing time delay. If you need your package delivered by a specific date, please contact Customer Service for help in selecting the right shipping method to receive it on time.

  3. USPS Priority Mail $8.99: Delivered by USPS with a transit time of 1-3 business days. Delivery is Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.  *More info on
  4. FedEx Home Delivery $17.99: Delivered by FedEx with a transit time of 1-5 business days within the continguous US; 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Adult Signature confirmation is required. *More info on

Pre-Ordered an item?

Any order that includes pre-order items and ready to ship items will ship out complete once the pre-ordered items have arrived in stock. If you would like ready to ship items to ship out normally, we suggest placing an order for pre-order items only and ready to ship items only. If you need additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.

Oh no! I didn't collect my package and it is being returned to you all. Help!?

No worries, we understand time can get away from you all or you may have forgotten to pick up your parcel. Please contact Customer Service to arrange a re-delivery including a re-delivery shipping charge of $9.99. If a customer would rather receive a refund instead of a re-delivery, the return will be refunded in store credit only minus a $9.99 restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product is received damaged or wrong item is sent. The customer is responsible for all fees we incur in receiving back a package that was failed to be picked. The fee amount will be deducted from the customers refund total. 

I refused the delivery of my package. What happens now?

If the package has been refused by the recipient and returned to us, you will receive your refund in store credit only and a $9.99 restocking fee will be subtracted. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product is received damaged or wrong item is sent.

My tracking info says my package was Undeliverable and is being sent back to the seller. Help?

If your package is marked Undelivereable and the address you gave us is correct we will resend it. If you provided the wrong address (wrong zip code, forgot apartment number) we will accept the returned package and contact you with two options:

1) We can invoice you for the reshipment cost.


2) If you'd like to cancel your order, we will refund you back to your original method of payment minus a $9.99 restocking fee. If store credit is issued the restocking fee is $5.99.

What happens when USPS reports delivery when I didn't receive my package?

USPS is in general very reliable and professional. The first course of action is to check with your family and friends, or your company's receptionists or mail desk to see if someone has accepted delivery on behalf of you.

You should also allow a few extra days as the package may be on your local postman or postwoman's hands.

In the meantime, we recommend you to do the following:

  1. Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn't receive your package:

    Their office hours are as follows:

    M-F - 8:00 am - 8:30 pm ET
    Sat - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET
    Sun/Holidays* - Closed

    Please have your tracking number ready. Tracking numbers are displayed in your Doll Me Up order details page and the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you upon shipping.
